The old distribution of the electricity is finally gone and therefore a whole lot of cable salad. So in the end, one municipal utility company found out where electricity had been coming from for decades – and switched off the old line.

After the old roof was torn away in the last few weeks and the old, slanted laths were replaced, the first bit of roof has been re-covered since today. Yay!

Getting up early was worth it, because today there was a lot to see! With a large crane and partly in millimeter work, the new staircase, as well as the roof for the shelter was “flown”. Fantastic! : D

Last week, the foundation pit for the new construction of the stairs and the future elevator was dug and fixed. Now the concrete is in it and will dry until next week.

The new shelter, lovingly called “Hobbithöhle”, is being built.
In the cellar new underground lines are laid. Much is being torn up for that.

The construction sign is here and installed – now we build officially.
Inside, it continues with the shell. New lintels for windows and wall parts have been and are being set and the channels for the underground pipes have been completely dug.

A hardworking week. The demolition is now largely completed. And the excavation pit for the future noise protection shelter has been completely excavated.

12.04.2017 – Demolition at full speed
Today, a large part of the demolition was completed. The floorboards in the pub, the entire heating system, all kinds of concrete bases, tiles on the walls – all gone. Similarly, the plasterboard on the ceiling in the hall. Tomorrow we continue with the excavation for the future noise protection shelter on the north side in front of the inlet.
Incidentally, the hall is a really worth seeing room at the moment. not because of the building rubble lying around, but because for the first time you can see the window behind the stage from the inside.
Otherwise, the place looks like one of those completely run down Tekkno locations from the mid-nineties – the perfect lostplace …

Today, the two outer shed and the main staircase were demolished. Very impressive…
07.04.2017 – The yard is being paved
Despite the absolute crap weather today, surprisingly many people came to our small action. Once again kudos to all involved.
After that there was another extermination action. Some now uncooled drinks had to be assigned to their destination … Again, great successes were recorded. But I only know that from hearsay …
01.04.2017 – Arrival of the containers
